Fishing Lakes

Le Val Doré is a complex of five mature tree and reed-lined gravel pits located in northern France. The lakes, situated in the Vallée de la Bresle, are well established, being over 40 years old and has to be said is probably one of the most beautiful fisherys I've ever been to. The lake its self has 29 spacious swims (6 single) and (23 double). Fishing here could not be any better with carp hitting the 80lb mark. Val dore have a really large head of big fish along with grass carp, sturgeon and cats, so there is always something for everyone whatever your targets fish is.

Facilities

Val Dore have a large shower block with 3 hot showers, 2 toilets,  1 large sink, and shaving socket, cleaned regular there's no need to be a bivvie tramp all week. The lake lodge is fantastic with well stocked tackle shop cafe and freezers for your food and bait if you chose to use them. The lodge's patio terrace looks over one of the large stock lakes with tables and chairs for anglers meals.

Swims

What can be said about the swims, other than the fact they all have ELECTRICITY! For anglers use. At Val Dore great time and expense has been made in the development of all swims, well-trimmed and layed with gravel (so no muddy boots) they are all very generous in size with plenty of room for two double bivvies, your car/ van and even a BBQ and that's not mention the view of Val dores beautiful tree lined lakes.
